Product description

The Ambient Weather WM-5 allows you to track weather in the palm of your hand! Radio/TV reports cover a large area, but WM-5's data is specific to your location. It measures wind speed, wind direction, temperature, relative humidity and compass direction, and calculates wind gust, dew point, wet bulb and dry bulb temperature, Delta T, wind chill and heat index. The Honeywell humidity sensor and the Swiss-made barometer can be easily re-calibrated and the unit has a weather alert if the barometric pressure rises or falls 6 millibars over 3-hrs. "br""br" The jack knife case design protects the unit, and allows you to hold the case while taking precise temperature meaurements, avoiding false readings from your hand temperature. The WM-5 can be tripod-mounted and accessories include a wind tunnel for very accurate directional measurements, replacement impeller, soft belt carrying case, and humidity calibration kits to insure the humidity is within specified range. "br""br" The wind meter measures 5.9 x 2.1 x 0.85 in and features an ergonomic design, built in backlight, neck lanyard, and soft carrying case. CE Certified amp; RoHS Compliant.
